     Cracker Barrel Like Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Egg
2 cups Buttermilk
 
Instructions
Preheat griddle.
Mix dry ingredients. Mix in buttermilk.
In separate bowl, crack egg and whisk. Add egg to mixture.
Spoon 1/2 cup per cake onto griddle and cook until golden brown on each side.
