     Spanish Flan (natillas)

Ingredients
34oz-milk
1 egg yolk
7-8 tablespoons of sugar
1 packet of natillas
3 MARIA cookies
caramel- dulce de leche (optional)
cinnamon (optional)
PAN/POT
 
SPOON
5 SERVING BOWLS

Instructions
1. POUR MILK IN PAN/POT. ADD EGG YOLK. ADD SUGAR. ADD PACKET OF NATILLAS
2. DO NOT STOP STIRRING UNTIL IT THICKENS AND STARTS BOILING. (IMPORTANT, DO NOT STOP STIRRING!!!!)
3. IN THE BOWL, ADD CARAMEL OR CINNAMON. ADD MARIA COOKIES.
4. POUR THE MIXTURE IN THE BOWL. TOP THE NATILLA WITH MORE MARIA COOKIES AND CARAMEL OR CINNAMON. PUT THE NATILLAS IN THE FRIDGE FOR 6 HOURS. ENJOY!
