Ingredients
1 yellow squash
1 red bell pepper
12 asparagus stems
1 small onion
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. of oil
mrs. dash garlic and herb seasoning
 

Instructions
Dice all veggies and sautee in oil with garlic for 10-15 mins until golfer brown. Toss in seasoning and throw in a little low sodium soy sauce and viola!
