     Pan Seared Chicken in Tarragon Cream Sauce

Ingredients
Chicken breast tenders (pounded)
Salt/Pepper/Garlic powder - (seasoning for chicken)
2 Tbs. EVOO - 2 Tbs. Butter
3 Tbs. chopped shallots
1/4 C. Cream
3 Tbs. Fresh tarragon, finely chopped
1 1/2 C. chopped crimini mushrooms
6-8 large garlic cloves cut into pieces
1/4 C. dry white wine (I use small single size bottle.)
 

Instructions
Heat pan. Add EVOO and butter. Add seasoned chicken. Cook chicken 10 to 15 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Add chopped shallots. Then add garlic. Add a little more butter. Then add mushrooms. Then add white wine. Bring to a boil. Add tarragon.
After it reduces a bit, stir in heavy cream, slowly. Add chicken back into pan and cover for 5 min.
Serving Suggestions
mashed potatoes or rice and Veggie
