Cut bananas into fourths--once horizontally and
once vertically.
Heat butter and brown sugar in a skillet until
everything melts. Add in the bananas and saute
for 1 minute on each side.
Flambe with rum (and optionally, banana liquor)
and add cinnamon while it is flaming.
Serve bananas in a bowl atop vanilla ice cream.
