Crumble brownies (which you have previously
made) in a bowl. Add in plenty of rum. Mash
until smooth. Shape into small clumps and place
in freezer for about 20 minutes or until they
are hard enough to roll into balls. Put back
into freezer.
Meanwhile, chop up a bar of dark chocolate and
place in a metal bowl. Put the bowl over a hot
water bath (very low heat) and let the
chocolate melt (do not overheat!). Once melted,
drop balls into chocolate and coat, using two
forks. Then place them on a baking sheet lined
with parchment paper. Place in fridge for a
bit. Then dust with cocoa powder and serve.
