     Classic Eggs Benedict

Ingredients
Canadian bacon
chopped parsley, for garnish
eggs
rice vinegar
English muffins
butter
hollandaise sauce
avocado
 

Instructions
Heat large skillet on medium low heat. Add Canadian bacon and fry until brown on both sides. Poach the eggs. Toast the English muffins. On plate, place muffin, bacon, egg, sauce, and parsley. Serve up hot with avocado slices.
