Ingredients
8-10 thin slices of beef (fajita meat works great but not cut in strips)
1 half dill pickle for each piece of meat
1 slice of bacon for each piece of meat
beef broth
pickle juice
 

Instructions
take a piece of meat and lay a slice of bacon on center..lay pickle half on bacon. Roll up and tie with twine to hold shape. Repeat until all meat is gone
Place each bundle in frying pan until browned on each side. Add beef broth and simmer until meat is cooked through.
Remove beef bundles and set aside. Using flour and water, make a thick grave adding pickle juice to thin it back down. The pickle juice adds lots of flavor
Add beef bundles back into gravy.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with either noodles, dumplings or potatoes..(personally, I love this with fried potatoes.)
