     Open Faced Tuna Melt

2 slices of Italian or French bread
2 tbsp butter
6.5 oz jar of tuna, drained
1 tbsp green onion, minced
2 tsp capers
1 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup shredded sharp white chedder cheese

Combine tuna, mayo, green onion, capers, sriracha, salt/pepper, and mozzarella in a bowl. Toast both sides of bread with butter using a broiler until golden brown. Add tuna mixture to each bread slice, coating the entire surface. Top with sharp white cheddar. Dust with cayenne. Broil for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Serve with sliced dill pickles.
