Slice beef into thin, bite-sized strips. In large skillet, cook steak, mushrooms, & onions in hot oil until golden brown. Add bouillon, 1/2 c. hot water & salt. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until tender. Combine flour and 1/2 c water and stir into meat mixture. Stir in sour cream and heat. Do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles.
