Dissolve the custard powder in 2 tablespoons of
milk. Pour the remaining milk with the 2
tablespoons sugar in a pan. Bring it to the
boil. When the milk starts coming with small
bubbles around the pan, lower heat and pour the
custard paste. Continue stirring with the spoon
till it thickens. Once it thickens take it off
from the heat, so you won't get lumps. Take 3
small bowls, put 2 tblspoons of blueberry in
each bowl and pour the cooked custard in the 3
small bowls. Decorate each with 1 tblspoon
blueberry filling, coconuts, crushed biscuits,
a walnut in the middle and a cherry. Chill at
least 4-5 hours before serving. Enjoy --)
