Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine meat, taco
seasoning, green chilies and water in a bowl,
mixing lightly. Divide meat into 24 portions;
shape meat around a cheese cube, completely
covering the cheese. Beat egg. Crush chips and
place in a second dish. Dip each meatball in egg,
then into chips, coat completely. Press meatball
into flattened nugget shape. Place olive oil in
pan, add nuggets; brush the nuggets with olive
oil. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients and warm. Serve
nuggets with the same sauce and with a tossed
gren salad.
