     Baked Corn Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
5-6 round corn torillas
olive oil
salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a tortilla on your cutting board and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Flip tortilla over and repeat the process. Using a pizza cutter, cut tortilla into 6 or 8 pieces. Place tortilla pieces on the parchment lines baking sheet and repeat until your pan is full. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the chips start to brown on the edges. salt again with you take the hot chips from the oven. Allow to cool before serving. Repeat process for remaining tortillas.
Serving Suggestions
Chips will get crispier as they cool.
