2 cups crushed pretzels
|
| |
3/4 cup butter, melted
|
| |
3 tbsp sugar
|
| |
2 cups whipped topping
|

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
|
| |
1 cup sugar
|
| |
2 pkgs strawberry gelatin
|
| |
2 cups boiling water
|
| |
2 - 16oz pkgs frozen sweet strawberries
|

Instructions |

|
Combine pretzels, sugar & butter. Press into ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Bake 350 for 10 min. Cool on rack.

Filling - beat whipped topping, cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Spread over pretzel crust, refrigerate until chilled.

|
|
Topping - dissolve gelatin in water in LG bowl. Stir in strawberries w/ syrup, chill until partially set. Carefully spoon over filling.

|
|
|
Chill 4 - 6 hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve w/ whipped topping.
