Ingredients
5 - 6 medium red skin potatoes
1/3 cup olive oil
Rosemary
2 tbsp minced garlic
 
Instructions
Line cookie sheet w/ parchment paper. Mix potatoes, garlic, oil and sprinkle rosemary on top. Bake 450 for 40 min or until potatoes are tender.
