     Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium red skip potatoes
Milk
Velvetta cheese (small one cubed)
1 lg onion or onion powder
Garlic powder
Flour
Butter
 

Instructions
Slice potatoes wide width to create thin slices. Thinly slice onion & separate. Layer alternatively, potatoes, onion, Velveeta cheese, pieces of butter and dash of spices. Sprinkle layers with flour.
Repeat until dish is 3/4 full. Top w/ cheddar cheese. Pour milk into casserole until its about 1/2 full.
Bake 350 1 1/2 hours, let sit for 10 min.
