Ingredients
3/4 cup kraft sandwich shop chipotle mayo
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 can chickpeas, rinsed
1 chopped and seeded plum tomato
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
 
Instructions
Blend chickpeas in blender and transfer all to bowl, top w/ tomato & cilantro. Serve w/ pita chips or sea salt crackers or veggies.
