     Pull Apart Carmel Loaf

Ingredients
6 frozen Rhodes cinnamon rolls
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp ligh corn syrup
2 tbsp heaving whipping cream
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 175. Place rolls on cutting board, cut in half and let stand 10 min.
In sauce pan heat sugar and butter over medium heat until butter is melted. Stir in corn syrup and whipping cream. Pour mixture in bottom of loaf pan.
Arrange rolls randomly over mixture. Spray plastic wrap w/ cooking spray and cover loaf pan loosely. Place pan in the oven and turn off heat. Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Loaf should double in size.
Remove plastic wrap and heat oven to 350 bake 25 - 30 min. Place on serving tray upside down and serve.
