     Crock Pot Swiss Steak

Ingredients
2 lbs beef round steak 1 in thick
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 rib celery
2 carrots peeled and chopped
1/4 cup onion chopped
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato sauce
 

Instructions
Cut steak into 4 serving pieces. Dredge in flour mixed w/ salt, place in Crockpot. Add vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over all. Cook and cover on low 8 -10 hours or on high 4-5.
I always add more sauce for gravy.
