     Potato DeLux

Ingredients
2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns
1 c. sauteed onions
1 stick melted butter
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
In a 9x13 in. pan, defrost hashbrowns. Saute onions and add to pan. Add butter and mix.
Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese and mix. Put in oven at 375 for 30- 40 mins.
