     Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup water
1/8 cup Bench Pressed Oats
1 Tbsp coconut flour
30 grams 100% chocolate
Hershey’s Cocoa Powder
 

Instructions
1. Mix almond butter, protein powder, water, oats & coconut flour together. 2. Break off small pieces and roll into balls - set on parchment paper. 3. After rolling - melt 30 g 100% chocolate (sugarless) in bowl. 4. Dip balls using toothpick into chocolate and rest back on parchment paper. 5. Sprinkle with cocoa. 6. Set racks in freezer until chocolate Hardens.
