1 small whole apple

Water
2-3 tblspoons coconuts
Custard powder (3 tblspoons)
500ml milk

Instructions
Custard with cooked apples and sultanas ( Simple and easy!) -)
Put the chopped apples, sultanas, 1-2 tblspoons sugar, chopped mandarin peel and ground cloves with water in a pan. Sprinkle some drops of lemon, so the apples don't change colour. Let them simmer for some time, but leave the apples a little firm. When ready, drain the apples from the syrup through a sieve and put aside to cool. Meanwhile make custard, recipe at the back of packet or tin. Pour some of the cooked apples in the base of 3 small bowls, pour some custard on the apples. Repeat for the second time the same procedure. Put it in fridge, and before serving decorate with slices of apples, coconuts and segments of mandarin.
