     Blueberry/Strawberry Almond Quinoa

Ingredients
2 cups reduced fat milk or almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 vanilla bean, seeded
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 cup berries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 tbsp honey
 

Instructions
Whisk milk, cinnamon & vanilla seeds. Scoop quinoa into serving bowls. Serve immediately w/ milk mixture, top with berries, almonds and drizzle honey.
