n lg bowl combine brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, sugar, salt, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Cut butter into small chunks into flour mix and mix until butter is about pea sized. Stir in buttermilk until combined. Do not overmix, but well mixed. Make balls and drop onto greased cooking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes at 450, or until biscuits are done.
