     Austrian Chicken

Ingredients
4 - 6 chicken breast pieces
2 sticks of butter (real butter)
2 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 c. sour cream at room temperature
2 tbsp. flour
 

Instructions
Saute mushrooms in one stick of butter. Set aside.
Brown chicken well in butter. Place chicken only in baking dish. To butter, add flour slowly and stir. Remove from heat and add sour cream, stirring constantly. Add parsley, seasoning and mushrooms. Sauce will thicken. Spoon over chicken and bake until tender.
