     Tahitian Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
15 ounce can of cooked pumpkin
14 ounce can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Cond. Milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. of ground ginger
1/2 tsp. of ground cloves
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/4 cup of vanilla
1 9 ince unbaked pie crust
 
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, salt and vanilla in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking 1 hour or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Cool.
Serve with vanilla bean ice cream.
