     Irish Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
3 tablespoons of butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
1/2 grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated colby jack cheese
3/12 cup cooked clover shaped pasta, drained and cool
1 cup plain bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Irish macaroni and cheese? Believe it or not, this is a totally Irish dish, laced with three kinds of cheese! Preheat oven to 350
Butter a 9x13 baking dish, set aside. Over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the whipping cream and bring to a simmer for five minutes. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
Combine the past, cheese and cream mixture and pour into prepared 9x13 baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Melt remaining butter and pour over top of bread crumbs.
Bake for thirty minutes or until golden brown.
