Combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, all-spice, clove and coconut flakes in a medium bowl. Stir until combined. In another medium bowl, add the remaining ingredients. Stir until combined and add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Divide into lines muffin tins.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Eat warm or refrigerate in air tight container. Can top with whipped topping if desred.
