Mix the flour, butter and ricotta till you
obtain an homogeneous dough. Grease a baking
dish and leave aside. On a well floured
surface, roll out dough and start making your
own shape. If the dough is a little bit sticky,
add some more flour. Mix sugar and cinnamon
together in a small bowl. Put a pinch of sugar
and cinnamon mix, on each biscuit, fold it in
two,then fold again. Complete this procedure
till you make all the dough. Sprinkle again on
the biscuits some of the sugar and cinnamon
mix. Bake on 150c for 35-45 minutes or till
golden brown. Enjoy --)
