     Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
1 cake pan of plain popped corn
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
 

Instructions
1. Fill a buttered 9x13 inch cake pan with popped corn. Now place the popcorn in a large bowl. 2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally; boil for 5 minutes. 3. Pour over popcorn. Stir until well-coated. 4. Pour the popcorn back into the pan. 5. Bake at 300 F for 30 minutes, stirring from time to time to better coat the popcorn. 6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
Serving Suggestions
Less sugar could be good or perhaps more popcorn for the amount of sugar and honey mixture
