In a deep skillet heavy2 tablespoons Olive oil. Add
onions and cook until soft and translucent. Add
wine bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes season with
salt and pepper.
Preheat broiler. Divide soup amoung 4 oven proof
bowls. Top each with croutons and cheese. Set
bowls on baking sheet and cook until cheese is
golden and bubbly. About1 minute.
