     Peanut Butter Protein Muffin

Ingredients
Grind 3/4 cup oats
1 cup chickpeas
3 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 medium bananna
1 and 1/3 protein(PB)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
 
5 stevia packets
4 tbsp PB(added if you don't have the PB protein)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 Baked for 25 minutes
Serving Suggestions
1 muffin= 1.5 g fat, 13.7 g carbs, 10.5 g protein
