Brussels sprouts are tiny packages full of nutrition, high in fiber, potassium, iron, calcium, Vitamin C, and folate. And coincidentally, these nutrients are all very important during pregnancy. So for all you expecting moms out there, be sure to get your fill on brussels sprouts this Thanksgiving!
