     Hot cocoa cookies

Ingredients
1/2 C butter
12 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 C light brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
 
6 hershey bars cut into pieces
16 large marshmallows, cut in half

Instructions
In saucepan melt butter and semisweet chocolate, stir constantly until just melted, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes to slightly cool. In a large bowl combine the brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until blended. Beat in the cooled chocolate until combined. Add the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt...Mix on low until combined. cover bowl with saran wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 325. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. scoop and drop the cookie dough by tbl. . Bake 12 minutes. Meanwhile cut each marshmallow in half and put sticky side on piece of chocolate. After 12 minutes top each cookie with chocolate and marshmallow and bake for another 4 minutes....Remove pan and let cookies cool at least 5 minutes....
