Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Tenderize using mallet. Put chicken in ziploc bag, shake and coat well. Can leave and marinade for extra flavoring.
Place the chicken in a casserole dish lined with PAM. Spray tops of chicken with PAM. Bake 30 minutes @ 375. Top with salsa about 5 minutes before its done.
Can top with fat-free sour cream and/or fat free cheddar…but plenty of flavor as is!
Be sure to add points for sour cream or cheese
