     Frosted Banana Cake

Ingredients
Cake
1/2 cup softened butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
 
2 md bananas mashed
Frosting
1 8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup butter softened
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Cake - cream butter and sugar, add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas. Spread into greased 15X10X1 pan. Bake 350 - 20-25 minutes.
Frosting - mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Frost and store in refrigerator.
This cake and frosting can be frozen for later use.
