Add ingredients to a bowl and whisk together with a fork.

NOTE- Tiger sauce is a sweet/tangy pepper sauce that comes in a
bottle with a picture of a tiger on it. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE.

NOTE- Remember that the breading will mellow out the zing of the
sauce, so try it first with onion rings before making adjustments.
