     Cowboy Crack Dip

Ingredients
1 lb breakfast sausage
(2) 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans rotel
1 small can of corn (drained)
 

Instructions
Brown sausage in a skillet. Put both blocks of cream cheese in a large microwave safe mixing bowl and heat until soft (about 2 minutes in a 1000 watt microwave). After cream cheese is softened stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and microwave for an additional 2 – 4 minutes (until mostly melted. Add sausage and stir mixture up completely. Add both cans of Rotel tomatoes (NOT drained) and the can of corn (drained). Mix thoroughly and dig in!!
