Add oregano, salt and pepper to flour. Dredge veal cutlets in flour. Brown veal in olive oil. Place browned cutlets in casserole dish.
Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in same skillet. Pour wine over this and stir for a few seconds. Pour this mixture over the veal and place in oven at 350 deg. for 30 to 45 minutes.
