Peel and cut carrots, onion, potatoes in small dice, add the courgettes and the capsicum. Put aside. Trim off the visible fat of the chicken drumsticks. Put a pot, half filled with water and add the chicken drumsticks. Bring it to the boil lower heat and leave it for 10 minutes, but don't cook completely. Remove from heat and drain the drumsticks from the hot water. In another big pot half filled with water, add the chicken cube, salt and pepper, stalks of celery and the tomatoes paste. Bring it to the boil, then add the vegetables and the chicken drumsticks. Lower heat and let it simmer for at least 1 hour, till the vegetables are soft and the chicken is tender. 5 minutes before the broth is ready add the farfarline, leave it for some more time and take pot from heat. Take out chicken drumsticks from the broth. Take off the skin and the bone from the chicken and put the pieces back in the broth. Leave to set for a while before serving. Taste delicious!!
