     Spinach Omelet with Toast

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/2 C Baby Spinach
1/8 TSP garlic powder
Dash of pepper
2 TSP milk
1 TBS Parmesan
1 TSP EVOO
1 Slice Toast
1 TSP Butter
 

Instructions
Beat together eggs, milk, garlic powder, & pepper.
Heat pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and let cook for a few minutes. Once eggs are set on bottom, sprinkle spinach and parmesan. Let cook for another minute.
Serve with toast and butter.
