     Black Bean Chilli

Ingredients
1/2 TSP Vegetable Oil
1 TBS Diced Onion
1 TSP Garlic Powder
3 OZ Ground Crumbles
7.5 OZ Black Beans
2 OZ Crushed Tomatoes
3/4 TSP Chilli Powder
1/2 TSP Oregano
1/2 TSP Basil
 
1/2 TSP Red Wine Vinegar
1 TBS Sour Cream
2 TBS Cheddar

Instructions
Heat oil in pot over medium heat.
Cook onion and garlic powder until translucent Add crumbles and cook, stirring until brown.
Stir in beans and remaining ingredients. Reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 60 minutes.
Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
