Preheat oven to 400 degrees while you prep the sauce.
Mix the water, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger
powder, lime juice, and crushed red pepper together.
Warm in a saucepan on medium heat until it boils, then add the
corn starch.
When the oven is heated, coat the salmon with the sauce, and place
in the oven, bake for 30 minutes.
