     Iced Pumpkin cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter - softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Glaze-
2 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter - melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Heat oven 350 Measure flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice in a bowl and set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar together. Add egg; mix well. Add pumpkin and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
Dip by tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Space about 2 inches apart. Flatten cookies a bit. Bake 12-16 minutes or until done. Dip cookies in glaze.
