     Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
6 oz fresh spinach
4 garlic cloves
4 oz feta
1 tsp olive oil
 

Instructions
Roast 4 cloves of garlic in 350 oven until golden brown about 10-12 minutes.
Wash, dry spinach; sauté with 1/2 tsp oil until begins to wilt; remove from heat, cover with lid, until completely wilted. Remove lid, cool, then chop spinach w/garlic. Mix with 4 oz Feta, 1 lb raw turkey, 1/2 tsp salt, dash pepper; form patties, freeze to solidify before cooking as they will be very soft.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on white or wheat hamburger buns, with thin slice of red onion and other condiments.
