Brown beef with onions. Drain. Combine and heat enchilada sauce and gravy. Add about 1/4-1/3 of combined sauce to browned meat. Build enchiladas- flour tortilla, meat mixture and cheddar cheese, continue until meat is used up. Cover with remaining sauce and spsrinkle top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 250 until cheese melts.
