Drain crab meat and combine all ingredients, except flour and butter, in a large mixing bowl. Separate mixture into 4 balls and pat into firm patties. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium high heat until hot, approx. 2 minutes. Dust cakes with flour and fry until browned and crisp on each side. (about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
