     Kung Pow Chick'n with Rice - Dinner

Ingredients
1 serving Gardein Orange Chick'n with Sauce
1/4 TSP Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 TSP Soy Sauce
1/16 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 TSP Seasame Oil
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1/8 TSP Ground Ginger
2 TBS Scallions
1/2 C Rice
 

Instructions
Combine sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, & pepper in bowl.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add chick'n & stir fry for 5 minutes then put in bowl. Add garlic & ginger in pan & sauté for 15 seconds. Add sauce mixture & stir for 1 minute.
Add chick'n back to pan and coat with sauce. Stir in 1 tbs scallions. Stir for 2 minutes.
Serve over rice and garnish with remaining scallions.
