     Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
5 Boneless Pork Chops
1 Cup Finely Diced Apples
1/4 Cup Diced Golden Raisins
1/4 Diced Onion
1 Cup Diced Celery
2 TBSP Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Butter
1 Cup Crumbled Bread
Organic Chicken Broth as needed to keep moist.
 
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cut a deep slit in each pork chop. Toast Pecans. Set aside. Melt butter in a frying pan. Sautee Apples, Raisins, Onion and Celery until soft. Add bread and Broth as needed to keep mixture moist. Add Pecans and syrup and mix well. Stuff Chops and brown in the pan carefully. Transfer to a foil lined pan and bake for 30 Minutes.
