Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Cut a deep slit in each pork chop.
Toast Pecans. Set aside.
Melt butter in a frying pan. Sautee Apples,
Raisins, Onion and Celery until soft.
Add bread and Broth as needed to keep mixture
moist.
Add Pecans and syrup and mix well.
Stuff Chops and brown in the pan carefully.
Transfer to a foil lined pan and bake for 30
Minutes.
