     Pad Thai

Ingredients
1 package Pad Thai Rice noodles
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, diced
5 eggs
5 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. gluten free soy sauce
2 tbsp. white vinegar
3 gloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp. cashews or peanuts
Black pepper taste
 

Instructions
Bring water to boil. Add rice noodles until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
Make scrambled eggs and put them aside.
Heat oil, put in garlic and then add chicken until it is 80% cooked. Add noodles and stir constantly.
Add black pepper, brown sugar, and liquid sauces and stir. Add nuts and eggs and stir.
