1 package Pad Thai Rice noodles
|

1 lb. boneless chicken breast, diced
|

5 eggs
|
|
5 tbsp. brown sugar
|
|
4 tbsp. gluten free soy sauce
|

2 tbsp. white vinegar
|
|
3 gloves of garlic, minced
|
|
2 tbsp. cashews or peanuts
|
|
Black pepper taste

Instructions |
|
|
Bring water to boil. Add rice noodles until they
are soft. Drain and set aside.
|

|
Make scrambled eggs and put them aside.
|
|
|
Heat oil, put in garlic and then add chicken until
it is 80% cooked. Add noodles and stir
constantly.

Add black pepper, brown sugar, and liquid sauces
and stir. Add nuts and eggs and stir.
